Refraction: Perspectives Across Time brought together 13 incredible artists and spoken-word poets for a one-night art show, exploring how creative expression transforms across generations and cultures.

Curated by Sam Ikhuoria and hosted by The SHAPES UK with support from the Good Hotel, Latin Hands and ONP London, this immersive experience showcased a vibrant mix of painting, photography, digital art and spoken word, highlighting the richness of personal narratives and the power of perspectives from each artist’s unique lens.

Audiences engaged with work reflecting age, identity, memory and shared histories, creating a welcoming space where artists could freely express themselves.
